A Winning Day for Ella at the England Team Selection

A proud and exciting moment for our team! 🐾

On Sunday 29th March, the England Team selection took place for the Best Working Retriever, bringing together 30 of the country’s top dogs. We’re thrilled to share that Ella came first, securing her place in the final selection pool!

Ella was expertly handled by Lee Harris, whose dedication and training have been instrumental in her success. It’s a fantastic achievement and a real testament to the hard work behind the scenes.

Next week, a similar test will take place in the South, where another five dogs will be selected to complete the shortlist for the England team heading to the World Championships in May at Reading.

Whichever dog scores the highest combined points from both the North and South selections will take home a beautiful solid silver trophy. We’ll find out the overall winner after Sunday’s event in Windsor—so fingers crossed for Ella!
